He can also signpost clients to finance and grants that may be available and support them with applications.
Diane is a HR professional with extensive generalist and Learning & Development expertise gained over 30 years’ in roles that champion the people agenda. Operating at Executive and Senior Leadership Team level, Diane has improved people performance and engagement in businesses with both UK and global reach. She has considerable experience in retail as well as providing strategic and operational HR support to organisations operating in sectors including manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, accountancy and commercial interior design and fit-out.
Diane’s passion for SME’s is obvious and she has dedicated her work efforts over the last decade to supporting PE-invested, family or management team-owned businesses. Sam joined the team in the role of Consultant in spring 2019. He is responsible for compiling the technical data and reports needed to support a successful claim for R&D tax relief. Sam is also involved in delivering our Business Growth strategy services for SMEs.
During three years of study for his BA Degree in Economics, Sam gained an in-depth understanding of the challenges that businesses face, both internally and in external markets. He also developed invaluable research and analytical skills which are now coming into their own in his current role.
